In the dynamic world of Mersey Community Care, where a wide range of services are provided to the North West Tasmanian community, there’s one thing that unites them together - human connection. The essence of this campaign film can be encapsulated into three words “Moments that Matter” and through it, we aim to shine a light on the transformative power of human connection that happens for both their dedicated volunteers and the clients they serve when they come together.
